Boy Scout Troop & Cub Pack 128

Troop 128 was founded in 1919. We are the oldest troop in Chambersburg PA

Troop meets on Mondays at 7 p.m. Cub Pack meets on Tuesays at 6:30 p.m.

The pack visited with the Kindly Canines last night and read books to them. The dogs, Willa, Quest, Elana & Annie enjoyed the company.

Come support the troop with their last popcorn sale booth today! Boys are heading to New York for summer camp next year.

The troop will be at Lowes @ Chambersburg tomorrow, September 26 for all your popcorn & nut needs! Come check us out & help the scouts with their scouting adventures!

Fire making is one of the skills that scouts learn. The troop went on a campout this past weekend. Scouts also learn that you don’t leave fires unattended. .

Cub Pack 128 will be gearing up for another year of scouting!

Parents - check out our booth at Ben Chambers, Falling Spring & Grandview next week. Your child does not need to attend these schools to join our pack.

Our regular meetings will begin on September 1 @ 6:30 at First Lutheran Church 43 W Washington St.

What a difference 3 months make! The pack planted these flowers in April and see how they are today. I bet the rain didn’t help at all!

The cub pack visited the Hagerstown Aviation Museum yesterday. The scouts learned about the history of the Fairchild Airplanes, which were made in Hagerstown. They saw airplanes that were built from 1918-1993. Lots of interesting history, how the Fairchild Aircraft came about and during WWII, how the City of Hagerstown came together and helped out the war effort. We recommend this hands-on museum to anyone!
