Denver Institute for Faith & Work is an educational nonprofit based in Denver, Colorado, offering theological education on issues of work, calling and culture. Our goal is to provide a deeper understanding of our work and professions in light of the Christian faith, and to use that knowledge to better serve our organizations, communities and professions.

Does your work matter to God?

The 5280 Fellowship is a 5-month learning community for early- to mid-career Christian professionals who want to engage their work more faithfully. Through retreats, Saturday sessions, cohort discussions, and shared practices, Fellows build a theology of work, find community with peers, and develop rhythms for serving others well.

Our hope is that Fellows will live with God, for the world, through their work.

The priority deadline for the 2027 class is this Friday, October 23.
