How do we encourage middle school students to participate in our financial literacy lessons after being in school all day??

Our middle school students earn "bucks" (like monopoly money) during each lesson for how much they participate, listen, be respectful to others, being helpful, being polite, and more.

At the end of each quarter we have the "Job Store" for them where they can then purchase items as a reward for their hard work during the lessons.
-Things like Taki's, candy, gum, other snacks, personal care items, finger nail polish, makeup, hair accessories, soccer ball, football, basketball, craft items, school supplies and more.
*In order for us to have this store 3-4 times per year we rely on 100% donations of items to stock it.
