The end of the school year is filled with so much excitement, but it's also bittersweet, as each year PTA Board Members move on to middle school with their kids. This year we celebrate and say thank you to Lauren as she wraps up her time on the Red Bug PTA. ❤️🐞

Over the last 9 years, Lauren has dedicated so much time, heart, and energy to supporting Red Bug’s students, families, staff, and even Doug the Bug! From events and volunteering to always stepping up when needed, her impact on our school community has been truly appreciated.

Thank you, Lauren, for your service, kindness, and commitment to making Red Bug such a special place. We are so grateful for everything you’ve done and know you’ll do amazing things in this next chapter. Wishing you and your boys all the best in middle school (and high school!) and beyond! 🩵🩶💙

We love being able to support spaces that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning for all of our students. ❤️📖🔬

🎥 “Bring this to a teacher who…” 🥹

Today was one of those moments that reminds us of just how special the bond between our students and teachers really is. ❤️ 🐞

Our 5th graders had the chance to choose a “Bring this to a teacher/staff member who…” note and surprise teachers from their past with sweet words of gratitude.

Thanks to all our teachers & staff who have helped shape, support, inspire, and love our students along the way. The smiles, hugs, and happy tears said it all. 🍎✨

SO much FUN at the Fifth Grade Glow Party today! We are so proud of each and every one of our Bugs, and we know you will do amazing things! Case Closed - Let’s GLOW! 🐞🔎🖤❤️🎉

We’d like to give a HUGE thank you to the amazing group of volunteers who showed up to decorate, clean up, and make sure our Bugs had a great time! And to the fabulous DJ Sarah Masters, who always brings the party!

We wrapped up Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week right on Target! 🎯

Today our teachers and staff enjoyed a delicious catered lunch from Carrabba's Italian Grill 🍝 and had some fun playing “Hit the Target” for prizes 🎯🎁

Thank you to our incredible teachers and staff for all that you do each and every day. You are truly the real deal and always spot on! 🐞❤️🖤

Day 4 of Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week at Red Bug and we’re still right on Target! 🎯

Today our teachers and staff stopped by the “Check Out Aisle” to pick out a few fun impulse buys. 🛒🍫✨

From sweet treats to little extras, we loved giving our staff a chance to grab a few goodies on the way through!

Day 3 of Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week and we’re still right on Target! 🎯

Today our teachers enjoyed some much-deserved puppy cuddles thanks to Save A Life Pet Rescue’s Corporate Cuddles program 🐶💛 Some of these sweet pups may have even found their forever homes!

Plan to join us tonight for our LAST SPIRIT NIGHT of the school year at District Eat & Play Oviedo! You can enjoy 1/2 price arcade games, $7 pizzas, and $2 bowling games & a percentage of our Bug’s sales will be donated back to our school! 🐞 ♥️ 💵

Today we treated our teachers and staff to a hydration station 💧 to go along with a delicious lunch provided by Red Apple Dining. 🍎

Our teachers are the real deal, and we’re so grateful for everything they do! ❤️
