Congraulations to Seminole County Fire Department on the groundbreaking of the new Station 25 that is being built on Wilshire Boulevard near the Casselberry Police Department. The new station is expected to be completed in 2027. It will replace the current Station 25 that is located at Red Bug Lake Road and SR 436. That station is one of the oldest in Seminole County, having been built in 1975 by then Casselberry Fire Department (which was consolidated with Seminole County in 2015). That house is also one of the busiest in the county serving approximately 16,000 citizens. With the opening of the new Station, a new fire engine will also be added next year to better serve the residents of Casselberry and Seminole County!
