Ty will forever live on in our hearts as he continues to inspire our fight against childhood cancer. We call him SuperTy because he was our little fighter.

The TLC Foundation and The Muddy Puddles Project fund research to uncover less toxic, more effective treatment options for children with cancer. Ty Louis Campbell graced this earth for five beautiful years, and before he left he made it a better place to live. He made an astounding impact on all who heard his story. He inspired individuals around the world to make the most of their lives and to rally against childhood cancer by raising awareness. Ty was astoundingly beautiful and always quick to smile. His sheer magnetism developed not because of the cancer that consumed him, but rather his love for life that defined him. After fighting valiantly for half his life, fists blazing, Ty was finally freed from suffering. Ty finally beat cancer once and for all when he became a beloved angel on October 17, 2012. His eternal spirit lives on in our hearts, and his story continues to impact others. For Ty, we will uncover better treatment options for children. Treatments that work without robbing children of their childhood. Until then, we ask you to do this in his honor…

Ty Campbell lost his life to cancer at just five years old. He should be celebrating the holidays with his family in Pawling, but this marks the fifteenth year the Campbell family faces this difficult time of year with the gift of only memories.

On the evening of December 12 – during the Ch*****ne Stroll 🥂 – the Ty Louis Campbell Foundation for childhood cancer research will light luminaries along the walkways of Pawling Village leading up to a golden “hope” tree in the gazebo. This ceremonious event is in dedication of all who have suffered a life-threatening diagnosis (in honor of the fighters, in support of the survivors, and in memory of the angels). All luminary purchases support the Ty Louis Campbell Foundation in their mission to cure childhood cancer.

What started with a group of childhood friends, their families, and a love for Halloween grew from an elementary school haunt into a one-night tradition at their parents’ home in West Harrison. As the crowds grew, the scares moved to North White Plains, where the haunt continued for years until COVID brought everything to a stop.

But the haunting wasn’t over. After searching for a new home, the tradition returned in Ossining, New York, at Cedar Lane Park, where Haunt at Cedar Park Woods was born.

Real Actors. Real Scares. Our haunt is built around talented scareactors, detailed costumes, terrifying makeup, and the element of surprise. Once darkness falls, the woods transform—shadows move, screams echo, and you never know what may be waiting around the next corner.

The tradition continues. The scares are real. And we’re waiting for you in the woods.
