Do you LOVE working with kids? Are you energetic, creative, organized, and ready to make a difference in your community? The Greater Carbondale YMCA wants YOU!

We’re looking for a Youth Program Coordinator to bring energy, creativity, and FUN to our youth programs!

What you’ll do:
• Plan and coordinate exciting youth programs & activities
• Create positive experiences where kids can learn, grow, and make friends
• Help develop new programs and bring fresh ideas to the Y
• Work with staff, volunteers, families, and community partners
• Be a positive role model for children and youth

What we’re looking for:
Someone who is enthusiastic, dependable, creative, and passionate about helping kids succeed. If you can turn an ordinary day into an adventure, you might be exactly who we’re looking for!
