🚗🫧 CAR WASH FOR A CAUSE!

The Plains Boys & Girls Club is putting our helping hands to work for a great cause!

Join us Friday, October 2 from 3:15–5:30 PM at 225 American Legion Drive in Timberville for a community car wash benefiting the Rockingham-Harrisonburg SPCA.

Bring your car around to the bus pick-up location behind the school, let our Club members give it a wash, and help us support pets and people right here in our community. Donations will be accepted throughout the event.

We would love to see you there! ❤️🐾

We’re so thankful for our continued partnership with the JMU Center for STEM Education and Outreach!

Over the years, their team has brought so many hands-on learning opportunities to our Clubs, giving our members the chance to explore, create, ask questions, and have fun while learning.

Thank you to the JMU STEM team and their Learning Experience Facilitators for continuing to show up for our kids and invest in their growth. We’re grateful to have you as a community partner! 💙

Bluestone Club members kick off the academic year by creating time capsules, to be updated throughout and reflected on at the end of the school year. We can't wait to see how each of them grows in the coming months!

It was an honor to welcome James Madison University President James Schmidt to the Boys & Girls Club this week, and our teens loved showing him around.

JMU has been one of our greatest supporters for many years. JMU Center for STEM Education and Outreach brings STEM activities to our Clubs, and this year, with support from Harrisonburg, VA - Government, JMU counseling students have started working in our Clubs so our kids can get mental health support right where they are.

Thank you for the visit and the meaningful partnership, President Schmidt - great futures start with great collaborations! 💙💜

Great futures started in Grottoes today!

The Grottoes Ruritan Club donated $1,000 to our South River Club through their Ms. Lou Scholarship. This scholarship will help more families send their kids to Club.

Thank you, Grottoes Ruritans. And thank you, Ms. Lou!
