Curated by artist Fern Logan, this thoughtful and inspiring exhibit brings together regional artists with the artists they’ve taught, encouraged, and inspired. Beyond a collection of individual works, it maps the relationships of these artists and how they strengthen the Southern Illinois arts community and extend our region's creative influence throughout the country!

Explore the connections and contrasts, while discovering the stories behind the artists, their relationships, and the paths their work has taken.

We're excited to partner with Arts Alliance Illinois to host the Illinois Creative Future Roadshow in Carbondale. This isn't a presentation followed by a listening session—it's a collaborative working session where artists, creative workers, nonprofit leaders, educators, entrepreneurs, elected officials, and community members will come together to share ideas and help build an action plan for Illinois' creative future.
