🧡 WEDNESDAY THANKFUL - IT TAKES A COMMUNITY 🖤

🐯 BOARD MEMBER SPOTLIGHT - ERIC CRAIGLOW
Foundation Board President - Cape Central Class of 2014

WHY I SAY YES…

“I really enjoy being a part of something that impacts something that is bigger than myself. I care about seeing kids in our community getting the tools and resources they need to succeed.” — Eric Craiglow

During this November season of giving thanks, we're proud to spotlight our Foundation Board President, Eric Craiglow!

A proud Cape Central alumnus, Eric knows firsthand the lasting impact of growing up in the Cape Girardeau Public Schools community.

When asked what makes him most thankful to be a Cape Tiger, Eric shared:

“I was very fortunate to be able to have gone through the entire Cape Tigers K-12 school system. The lifelong friends, professional relationships, and the sense of gratitude gained are invaluable. Giving back to current/future Tigers is the least we can do!”

🧡 Eric, thank you for saying YES to serving, leading, and giving back to the school community that helped shape you. We are grateful for your leadership and your commitment to making a difference for today's students and future generations of Cape Tigers!

It takes leadership. It takes gratitude. It Takes a Community!

🧡 FRIDAY FUN - WE SAY YES! 🖤

🐯 DID YOU KNOW… Sometimes all it takes is a teacher with a great idea and a Foundation willing to say YES!

Central Academy staff member Delaney Jenkins submitted a quick funding request for a ChompSaw, and we were excited to say YES!

🧡 STUDENTS IMPACTED!

This new tool will give students the opportunity to get creative while building valuable skills in STEM, engineering, measurement, and real-world problem-solving.

From building models and tackling engineering challenges to turning recycled materials into creative projects, the possibilities are endless!

And the best part? The ChompSaw can be shared across classrooms, making it a long-term investment in hands-on learning, creativity, and career-ready skills.

This is what your generosity makes possible! A staff member sees an opportunity, shares an idea, and together we make it happen.

🧡 Meeting Needs. Filling Gaps. Creating Opportunities.

It's a Great Day to Be a Tiger! 🐯

Every student…Every day.
