The countdown is on!

In just 5 days, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Missouri will welcome campers for six weeks of adventure, learning, friendship, and fun.

Soon our campers will be:
🎨 Creating art projects
🧪 Exploring STEM activities
🏀 Playing sports and games
📚 Building skills through Summer Brain Gain
🚌 Heading out on exciting field trips
🍎 Enjoying healthy meals and snacks
💙 Making memories with friends and caring mentors

For many kids, Summer Camp is the best part of summer. It's a place where they can discover new interests, build confidence, and simply enjoy being kids.

Families pay only $125 for six weeks of camp, but the actual cost is nearly $800 per camper. Community support helps make these opportunities possible for local youth.

Our camp directors are finalizing their supply lists and would love your support. Some of our biggest needs include sewing kits, fabric, beads, construction paper, canvases, and recreational equipment for games and sports. We're also still accepting recyclables for STEM week!

Today is the day!

We're excited to welcome golfers, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Missouri Golf Tournament at Dalhousie Golf Club.

Every team on the course today is helping provide opportunities for local youth through academic support, mentorship, transportation, meals, Summer Camp experiences, and so much more.

💙Sometimes the biggest lessons come from the smallest people. 💙

Yesterday, our Success Center experienced flooding. Thankfully, the damage was minimal, but there was water everywhere and plenty of cleanup to do.

That's when something happened that reminded us exactly why we do what we do.

Five year old Marley and her ten year old sister Azariah, two of our Club kids, saw what was happening and wanted to help.

They dropped what they were doing, came to the Success Center with their parents, and immediately started helping however they could. No one asked them to. They simply saw a need and wanted to make a difference.

That's compassion.
That's kindness.
That's character.

The Success Center is more than a building. It's a place where young people learn to care for others, take pride in their community, and understand the importance of helping when someone is in need.

We often talk about creating Great Futures, but moments like this remind us that our Club kids are already becoming incredible people.

Marley and Azariah may be young, but they have hearts full of compassion and a willingness to serve others. We couldn't be more proud of them. 💙
