Today we heard from ALS United of Georgia about the support and services they provide to people diagnosed with ALS and their families. From financial relief for families to investing in cutting edge research, we’re grateful for the work ALS United Georgia is doing. Canton Rotarian Peter Gleichman was presented with an award honoring his time as Board Chair with ALS United Georgia. President Lisa-Marie Haygood presented a check from the Club to support the upcoming Walk ALS event.
Sergeant-at-Arms Marianne Butler presented her Classification Talk. We enjoyed learning more about both her personal and professional life and how she came to join Rotary.
