What an honor it was to partner with local businesses to provide 50 pair of new shoes to kids in our community! Next year we would like to double the amount of shoes! These kids were so happy to have new shoes for school! For some of these kids it has been years since they had a NEW pair of shoes. Some familes are just stretch thin with prices so high and they said the relief this provided them was priceless. I’m proud to be a part of such a great community that saw a need a jumped in with both feet! ❤️ Also, a huge thank you to the new Rack Room shoes at The Canton Market Place for opening up early for these kids and families to come shop! AND, to the volunteers that came to help the kids show for shoes!
