. Point32Health Foundation funds equity-focused solutions related to healthy aging, access to healthy food and behavioral health. We seek to collaborate with and learn from nonprofit organizations, understanding that those most affected by inequities are in the best position to define the problem, design appropriate solutions and define success.

A new bill in Connecticut establishes a formal legal framework to ensure adults with disabilities and older adults retain their decision-making rights while designating trusted supporters (like family or friends) to help them understand, weigh and communicate life and financial choices. The Nonviolence Institute has been at the frontline of helping Rhode Island recover after the shootings at Brown University, the Lynch Arena and countless other incidents across the state. To help support this critical work, Congressman Gabe Amo secured $311,000 in federal Community Project Funding for Providence’s Nonviolence Institute in early March. Funds will support the organization, which has an ongoing collaboration with Brown University Health, to build greater capacity and mitigate burnout of frontline workers.
