Here are 3 simple exercises you can do during your next walk:
🌱 1. Lateral Stretches Using a Tree
Stand beside a tree, hold it gently, and lengthen through the side body. This helps open the ribs, improve breathing capacity, and release tension from the waist and upper body.

🌳 2. Shoulder & Spine Stretch with a Tree
Place both hands on the tree and step back, creating length through the spine. This simple stretch can relieve stiffness in the shoulders, upper back, and spine while improving posture.

🧘 3. Supported Squats
Use the tree for support and slowly lower into a squat. This helps improve ankle mobility, hip flexibility, leg strength, and overall joint health.

These are moments from our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Worms University, Germany —
Where so many people showed up carrying questions and brave hearts.
And chose to transform anyway. 💯

The truth is nobody tells you what really happens inside a teacher training because it is so so special.

It’s about the student who couldn’t touch their toes on day one —
And cried on the last day because their body finally felt like home.

It’s about learning that teaching yoga has nothing to do with being flexible.
And everything to do with being present. ♥️

With the blessings of our beloved Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar , 7 years ago we got engaged… and it still feels just as special 💍♥️

We’ve known each other since kindergarten, then life took us on completely different paths… only to reconnect after 12 years through something as simple as Facebook ♥️

Our wedding was originally planned in Bangalore, but just a week before, everything changed when Gurudev’s itinerary shifted… and without a second thought, we chose to be in Delhi and get engaged in his presence. Looking back, it feels like nothing but grace and blessings 🥺🙏

Grateful for this journey, for each other, and for everything that’s still unfolding! ♥️
