🌳 One Tree. Three Exercises During the Morning Walk. A Healthier Body!

Here are 3 simple exercises you can do during your next walk:
🌱 1. Lateral Stretches Using a Tree
Stand beside a tree, hold it gently, and lengthen through the side body. This helps open the ribs, improve breathing capacity, and release tension from the waist and upper body.
🌳 2. Shoulder & Spine Stretch with a Tree
Place both hands on the tree and step back, creating length through the spine. This simple stretch can relieve stiffness in the shoulders, upper back, and spine while improving posture.
🧘 3. Supported Squats
Use the tree for support and slowly lower into a squat. This helps improve ankle mobility, hip flexibility, leg strength, and overall joint health.
