RANCHO CUCAMONGA!

Today we reached another milestone! Six years ago, UDID started basketball at local parks with a vision and a purpose. Today, we’re officially providing basketball services in our THIRD city!

From the parks to now serving families across three cities, we’re beyond grateful for every family, staff member, supporter, and partner who has believed in what we’re building.

Rancho Cucamonga, we’re officially here! Let’s work!

Movement really does belong to everyone.

Today we celebrate athletes with Down syndrome and all the different ways they show up, learn, move, compete, and grow.

At UDID Academy, we see every day that no two athletes are the same, and that’s the point! Some learn quickly, some need more time, some communicate differently, and everyone brings their own strengths to the game.

What matters most is having the chance to participate, build confidence, try new things, and feel like you belong.

Sports should have room for everyone. And when we make that room, everyone benefits.

Different strengths. Different journeys. One community.

UDID Academy provides inclusive and adaptive sports and fitness programs for children and adults with special needs and developmental disabilities. We serve individuals ages 4-50.

We had such an amazing day at the Special Needs Resource & Family Fun Day!

We were honored to be a vendor at this wonderful community event, connecting with families, sharing resources, and celebrating inclusion and community together.

Thank you to the City of Fontana Police Department for creating such a meaningful event for families of children with special needs, and to everyone who stopped by our UDID booth to say hello!
