📚✨ **The first day of school photos are done and posted… now it’s time to ramp up for FIRST Robotics!** 🤖⚡

FRC Team 2771 is getting ready for an exciting season, and we have a lot of work ahead of us!

High school students interested in joining our FRC team: if you have not already done so, please complete the team application. Once your application is received, you will be contacted to schedule a follow-up interview.

Middle school students: make sure you are signed up for FTC! We are excited to get our middle school teams started and prepare for the upcoming season.

High school students, we would love your help getting our FTC teams ready. There is plenty to organize, inventory, and prepare as we kick off the year—and it is a great way to support our younger robotics students.

🚨 **CODE RED ROBOTICS IS ACCEPTING STUDENTS!** 🚨

Code Red Robotics is proud to welcome students from **any school** in our community—high school through 4th grade!

Our high school preseason begins **September 1**, and it is the perfect time to get involved as we build our team for the upcoming season. Preseason is about much more than robots. Students will learn about the program, build friendships, develop leadership skills, explore new interests, and gain hands-on technical and life skills.

Our high school students also help support our middle school team and elementary programs—because when you teach, you learn too! It is an incredible opportunity to grow, give back, and inspire younger students.

Whether you are interested in building, programming, CAD, wiring, business, media, fundraising, leadership, outreach, or just trying something new, there is a place for you on Code Red Robotics.

If you are a student in **4th grade through high school** and would like to be part of a great program, share your talents, and make lasting connections, let us know soon—**openings are filling up!**

Sixteen years ago, Code Red Robotics traded the shop floor for the Rouge River! 🚣‍♂️
Alongside our friends from NC Gears, we spent a day canoeing, laughing, working together, and building the kind of trust that doesn’t come from bolts, code, or CAD alone.
Before the robots hit the field, we were learning an equally important lesson: great teams are built outside the typical robotics ecosystem, too.
Here’s to the memories, the river adventures, and the teamwork that has always been at the heart of Code Red Robotics! 🔴🤖 .

Summer is here, and along with that Code Red's NRG Summer Camp happening next week for students in 4th-6th grades. And...we still have some openings! Summer camp is taking place Monday-Thursday, June 8-11, 6:30-8:30 pm with a tournament happening on Saturday, June 13. The location is Byron Center High School. Students are required to have an adult attend with them to serve as a drive coach and assistant. Having a blast here at the Kentwood event with FRC 2771 – The Stray Dogs! 🐾
Between the matches, the laughs, and all the controlled chaos that comes with competition, we’re doing what we love most: inspiring the next generation of innovators, thinkers, and leaders to build, compete, and have FUN while doing it.

The Stray Dogs have landed at the FiM Kentwood Event — and the signs are good! 🐾🤖
Not only are we battling it out on the field, but we’re also saving the planet while we do it! 🌍💧
Fun fact: we’ve already saved 2771 water bottles — yup, our team number showed up in recycled hydration form. If that’s not a sign, we don’t know what is. Even the water bottle station is cheering us on! 😄💪
