Tonight, Pack 6 and some of our friends from Troop 6 got to participate in a wonderful program! We are gracious to the Butler Ambulance Services for giving us a tour of their facility and teaching us CPR/First Aid necessities. In turn, we presented them with sensory bags we made earlier this year to assist with any children that may have sensory needs that they encounter in an emergency situation. Thank you Butler Ambulance Services for your hospitality!

DOLLY DAY 💗📚

On Saturday 9/5 from 9-5 (see what we did there ;) ) we’re celebrating Dolly Parton’s love of reading and passion of donating books to children by giving one FREE children’s book to every child who stops into Little Green Bookstore — while supplies last!

And if you’d like to be part of Dolly Day, we are proudly accepting donations of gently used children’s books during our regular store hours. Every donated book helps us put another story into the hands of a little reader. 💕

A huge thank-you to Moden Mercantile for leading this wonderful idea and sharing it with other local indie bookstores! We love when small businesses come together to spread a little more kindness, community, and love of reading.

The weather looked a little questionable, but it turned into a great day for friends of Pack 6 and some from Troop 6 to do some fishing! And they even caught a couple fish! 🐠 🐟🎣
