Donna & Bob McGoldrick 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament

This tournament began in 2008 in memory of our mother, Donna.

In 2018, we lost our father, Bob, and are bringing this tournament back in both of their memories by continuing Donna & Bob's goal of giving back and impacting those in the local community.

IMPORTANT UPDATE **PLEASE READ**
Unfortunately we will need to postpone the Donna & Bob McGoldrick 3 on 3 Charity Basketball Tournament until further notice. Due to the closure of school districts, attendees traveling to the tournament from various areas, and an abundance of caution, we have decided to postpone.
We will be doing the tournament hopefully in the near future when everything has cleared up and settled down and look forward to a fun day of basketball with friends and family in support of raising money for the new STEAM Lab at Richard Butler School. Stay Tuned for a new date...
Please let us know if you have any questions. Anyone that sent in checks for registration we will reach out to and coordinate with you directly.

Please HOLD Sunday August 6th (approx. 12noon start) on your calendars! We will be having the 10th Annual Event in honor of our mom, Donna McGoldrick. As we mentioned, this year is not a fundraiser (no entry cost), but a gathering to enjoy time as family & friends and remember and honor Donna. For those of her who knew her well, aside from basketball, she also loved playing and coaching softball. We will be having a friendly softball game, with snacks & drinks, on a nice summer Sunday afternoon on one of the local fields (either Butler or Bloomingdale). The exact location and time will be announced soon. But be sure to hold SUNDAY AUGUST 6th in the afternoon (say 1-4) so you don't miss it!

To all our family, friends, and supporters of the Donna McGoldrick Tournament. We wanted to provide an update since we would typically have the tournament scheduled already for the year.
This year marks the 10th year of the tournament and thus 10 years since our mom's passing. It's unreal to think it's been 10 years.
We have been so grateful to our friends and family and the community to support us and the local causes the tournament has supported all this time.
This year in memory of the 10th Anniversary, we will be doing something a little different. We will be organizing something later in the summer this year instead of the spring. Our goal is have it outside, possibly a softball game and BBQ, or just a get together. It will be less of a fundraiser and more of a thank you to the community for your support, and most importantly a remembrance of Donna whose impact those close to her still feel today.
We will keep you posted with the schedule and plan so stay tuned!
