Those taking breeding livestock, dairy, goats, horses, alpacas, and rabbits have received designation forms.

Forms MUST be completed and returned to the Extension Office no later than 4 p.m. on Monday, June 1. If you haven’t entered all your project info on ZSuite, you may not receive all the designation forms you need.

Please pay attention to what you do receive and if you need others, contact Amy at the Extension Office. Remember this is YOUR responsibility as 4-H’ers, not your leaders’, so please pay attention to the details!

Have you met our National 4-H Conference delegates? Today, we're introducing Sarah Bupp of Butler County. Sarah has been a 4-H member for 9 years and is involved in projects like rabbit breeding, spinning, weaving, archery, and leadership.

Her roundtable presentation focused on the use of technology in National Parks. Her group discussed the challenges in the National Parks app, better offline apps, partnering with other brands, and other topics.

Sarah enjoyed meeting other 4-H'ers and added, "I have had the chance to grow my leadership skills, which will help me in many parts of the 4-H program."

Don't forget! Tag Pick-Up is this Saturday, May 9 from 8-11 a.m. at the Farm Show Grounds! All market goat, market lambs and market hogs projects need to have tags picked up on this day. No exceptions!

This morning Butler County 4-H was recognized with a Proclamation from the Butler County Commissioners recognizing March 15-21 as Pennsylvania 4-H week in Butler County!

Calling all 4-H'ers! We're introducing the LifeLogic 4-H Club, a brand-new virtual, statewide 4-H experience designed for youth ages 8 to 18!

This innovative club helps young people build real-world life skills through fun, interactive learning. Members will explore everyday scenarios that teach decision-making, problem-solving, consumer smarts, communication, and more.

The LifeLogic 4-H Club will meet virtually March 26th, April 23rd, and May 28th from 6:30 – 8:00 PM. This club will give youth an engaging experience full of hands-on challenges and collaborative discussions.

Members who want to strengthen their skills even further can join practice sessions from June through October, leading up to competition opportunities. Through these activities, LifeLogic empowers young people to become confident, capable, and thoughtful decision-makers in their homes, schools, and communities.
