The Burlington Police Department Public Safety Cadets program offers area youth, aged 14-21, a look at the career of Law Enforcement through monthly meetings where they train with officers in classroom and hands-on scenario based situations.

We have a new look!!! We are officially a Public Safety Cadet Unit!! Our next meeting is October 13, 2025 at 5 pm at the Burlington Police Department. Look forward to seeing you there!!!

Also, we have some exciting news to share about our Post - which will soon be Public Safety Cadet Unit 1837!! We have received confirmation on our Unit number and acceptance into this amazing program.
