Sister VFW Auxiliary 573 - Clarksburg is helping Auxiliary 3663 - Buckhannon, with sharing SOCKS FOR VETS across WV and at our local VA Hospital, while also providing a fun evening of bingo.
Thank you again goes out to Shoe Senation Store #652, Buckhannon, WV for the collection and donation of over 2,000 socks.

Special Thank You to Shoe Sensations Store #652, Buckhannon, WV and especially to Genevia Aegan for the hard work in asking customers to purchase socks for Veterans and veteran’s families. Socks For Vets is a wonderful way the VFW Post 3663 and Auxiliary 3663 can assist veterans all across WV. Buckhannon your continued support is no surprise, we live in a loving and giving community and 2105 pairs of socks is just amazing!

The Auxiliary and VFW Post 3663 are so very thankful to our community that has helped Shoe Sensation Store #652, Buckhannon, WV donate 841 pairs of socks for local distribution to Veterans and Troops. Shoe Sensation offers Veterans and Military discounts on all shoe purchases every day and during this event anyone purchasing socks to donate to veterans receive 20% off. Go see Genevia Aegan and her staff at the Buckhannon Store!

The Auxiliary will be hosting a Buddy Poppy Drive 🌺 at Tractor Supply on Thursday, Nov 6 just before Veterans Day. Stop by and pick up a Poppy to show your support for our Veterans in the days before the day set aside by our Nation to honor ALL Veterans.

What a beautiful day to celebrate National Gold Star Mothers and Family Day as Auxiliary 3663 - Buckhannon joined with WV Gold Star Mothers and our Community to dedicate the new Yellow Rose Tribute Garden at Jawbone Park in Buckhannon.

Special thanks to City of Buckhannon, Pop’s Furniture, Sweet A Licious, Country Blooms Buckhannon, Buckhannon Community Band, Buckhannon VIPS, Coalton Elementary School and Our VFW Post 3663 & Auxiliary members.
