This summer, we will once again be blessed with the opportunity to lead a West Virginia United Methodist Volunteers in Mission short-term mission trip to Guatemala! God willing, from June 30 to July 10, 2026, the 10 member team from WV and TN will be working in San Juan La Laguna and San Pablo La Laguna (Lake Atitlán) with a non-profit called the Organization for the Development of the Indigenous Maya (ODIM - odimguatemala.org). We expect that our primary task, in addition to sharing the love of Christ with everyone we meet, will be to construct ONIL vented cook stoves and install Eco-water filters in the homes of some of the poorest of the poor.
