Among the many meaningful moments of the day was a heartfelt reunion with someone truly special—Nicole Herrington, a remarkable TWO-TIME cancer survivor, whom the Gems had the honor of recognizing with a Precious Gem Award in 2021! 💎🎗️
Five years later, to reconnect with Nicole and witness her continued strength, resilience, and beautiful spirit was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do. Some connections are bigger than an event—they become part of our purpose. 💖

In 2014, The Genuine Gems Inc. began as a vision and a plan written with the desire to teach girls the meaning of etiquette, confidence and to make a difference in their lives.
Today, as we celebrate five incredible years of actively serving our community, we’re reminded that every dream starts with a plan—but it grows through consistency, sacrifice, prayer, and purpose.
What started as an idea has become a sisterhood that empowers girls to lead, embrace their worth, serve their communities, make their voices heard; all while being unapologetic.
This milestone isn’t just about five years in business—it’s about five years of changing lives, creating opportunities, and proving that when vision meets purpose, amazing things happen.
