We're here for you and your family. We're here for the community. We're here for good.

In 2012, the Bedford Stuyvesant YMCA will have served well over 28,000 people including 11,000 local youth and teens in the communities of Bedford Stuyvesant, Brownsville, Crown Heights, Fort Greene and Clinton Hills. Through a broad range of programs including teen, leadership development, children's health and wellness and afterschool, the YMCA is helping to ensure that children and teens develop to their full potential in spirit, mind and body. This summer, our Bed-Stuy Y Teen Center & SNL teens hit the court for another unforgettable season! 8 teams battled it out in high-energy, competitive games, all with one goal: to be crowned kings of the court. 👑

Congratulations to the Bedford Bandits for going BACK-TO-BACK! 🏆🏆 They came out on top against our #1 seed, Hope Elite, who went undefeated all season before falling in the championship game.

And a huge congratulations to Denim Harrison, our Finals MVP for the second year in a row! 🔥🏀

To our graduating champions: we’re so proud of you and wish you nothing but success in college and beyond. Go make your mark! 🎓💙

🙌We’re excited to invite you to the Bed- Stuy Y this Saturday, September 19 for a Community Free Shop Event presented with our fantastic community partner, STILL GOOD.

💫STILL GOOD is a community-led initiative based in Bed-Stuy providing local pick-up services to collect donations and organize free shops to redistribute them. By repurposing and re-homing everyday goods, STILL GOOD keeps them in use, out of landfills, and in the hands of neighbors who need them.

🥳We hope you can join us!
