What is happening with humanitarian aid in Gaza?
Tensions in Gaza peaked in 2023, leaving citizens vulnerable to hunger and violence and in dire need of humanitarian resources. Organizations like UNICEF, World Central Kitchen, Palestine Center for Human Rights, and more work diligently to provide food, water, sanitation, temporary shelter, supplemental education, and emotional and social support during the crisis when possible.

During the conversation, Toni-Anne informed students on the importance of finding a specific niche within humanitarianism, or any respective field, and working with local communities and NGOs to gain skills quickly.

This reel is a recap of the motivating insights Toni-Anne had for our student attendees and guests. This was our last Conversations of the semester, however in the fall except Conversations with Humanitarians to take place on the last Wednesday of each month in Canisius Hall at FCRH.
