Before there was a movement, there was a child. His name was Daesean Hill. 💛

His life mattered. His future mattered. And his story is part of why MAN UP! began.

After Daesean’s death, grief brought members of the community together with a shared purpose: confront violence, protect our children, and build something that could help change the future.

That purpose lives on every time someone steps in to prevent violence, shows up for a young person, or helps a family find support.

Every child deserves to grow up. To dream. To make it home.
