Healthier priests. Stronger communities. This Trust is separate from all other diocesan finances to ensure that the funds are used solely for this purpose.

Clergy Trust is an independently managed trust that provides ongoing care and support for the health, well-being, and retirement of 500 active and senior diocesan priests in good standing across Greater Boston. Clergy Trust was established by the Archbishop of Boston to provide a continuum of care for the health and well-being of all diocesan priests in good standing. These funds are exceptionally well-managed with full transparency and accountability.

Amy Nash has dedicated nearly a decade of her life caring for the priests of the Archdiocese of Boston. Her work helping priests and their caregivers navigate the complicated and ever-changing healthcare system is essential to maintaining the health and wellness of our clergy—particularly our senior retired priests. We are blessed to have her as part of our team and our priests are blessed to have her support and advocacy!

Last week, our newly ordained priests con-celebrated Mass at Regina Cleri for our senior priests. This long-standing tradition is a cherished moment of brotherhood that we look forward to each year. Following Mass, the senior priests and Regina Cleri staff and guests are invited to receive a special blessing from each new priest.

According to The New York Times, Boston Globe, CBS News, 60 Minutes, and many other media outlets, it’s clear there is a resurgence of faith- particularly in the Catholic Church – in the US. Much of this resurgence seems to be happening among young adults.
