Built on one acre adjacent to North Boulder’s Holiday Neighborhood, Silver Sage is between 28th and Broadway, north of Yarmouth on 16th and Yellow Pine. Open House this Saturday from 2:00 - 5:00 at Silver Sage senior cohousing: We hope you'll visit to learn about the cohousing model of cooperative living and tour the campus, where 29 of us are actively exploring "aging in community."
For those living locally, the Common House is also available for receptions, music, art showings, readings, screenings, and other events, including birthday parties, bar mitzvahs, and receptions of all kinds. Hourly rental can provide access to smaller meeting spaces, a media room, a full kitchen, an art room, and our beautiful courtyard.

If you live in Boulder and are looking for a beautiful place to hold your next meeting, workshop or party, come by Silver Sage Village in NoBo this Sunday, April 26 between 3:00-6:00 to see the beautiful rooms in our Common House, ideal for receptions, birthday parties, reunions, bar mitzvahs, celebrations of life, music events, readings, screenings and workshops.
The hourly rate includes our full kitchen, dining room/meeting space and media room, for up to 50 guests. Additional rooms can be added, or rented separately for smaller workshops, board meetings, meditation classes, etc. Silver Sage cohousing is located at 1650 Yellow Pine Avenue--drop by on Sunday!
