Look at these little faces. ❤️
All of these littles come to our preschool in Peru every day.
Each one of them has a story. Each one has a unique personality, a family, and teachers who are deeply invested in their lives.
You’ve heard some of their stories all month long. You’ve gotten glimpses into who they are, what they love, and how this school is helping them learn, grow, and thrive.
I know Peru can feel far away. It’s easy to feel removed from what’s happening over there.
But to these kids, it’s quite real.
This is the place they come to every day. This is where they feel safe. This is where they are cared for. This is where their teachers and staff nurture them day after day.
If you haven’t been following along, the preschool was given a list of 12 major structural repairs in preparation for El Niño.
If you would, take a moment to put yourself there. Imagine the place you count on every day suddenly being at risk of closing.

They don’t have much to give financially. But we do. Even though things may feel tight here in America, what feels small to us can be big to them.
