The casino is always clean is due to the hard work of Denia and her co-workers in the Public Areas Department, who've fought for and won strong staffing guidelines. When We Fight, We Win!

The experience that Encore sells exists because of its dedicated employees. Without the workers, there is no 5-Star product that keeps the guests returning. Encore’s earnings should be going back to the workers and to the local economy!
