Happy Mother’s Day from GY6LA to all the amazing mothers out there! ❤️

Thank you for the love, strength, sacrifices, and support you give every single day. One day is not enough to celebrate everything you do for your families and communities.

Today, we honor YOU. 🇺🇸

We can’t bridge the gap alone. It takes a community to support a hero. 🇺🇸
Got Your Six Louisiana is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, and there are three major ways you can stand with us:

1️⃣ Partner with us: Become a GY6La or Event Sponsor to help us keep these programs running.
2️⃣ Donate: Every tax-deductible contribution goes directly toward connecting heroes with life-saving resources.
3️⃣ Spread the Word: Follow us, share our posts, and help us reach the men and women who might be suffering in silence.

Let’s show our Veterans and First Responders that we have their back, just like they’ve always had ours.

Support looks like many things at GY6La—sometimes it looks like a day on the water! 🎣

Our annual events, like Fishing 4 Heroes, our soon to be announced 5K, and our regular networking sessions, aren't just about fun. They are vital platforms that raise awareness, fundraise for essential resources, and provide direct access to organizations that serve the military and first responder community.

Every cast of a line and every swing of a club helps us provide the tools our heroes need to overcome their struggles.

Building a community is one of the most powerful ways to support those who serve. 🤝 GY6La is proud to host some of the biggest hero-focused events in the Ark-La-Tex!

From VetFest—the region's premier event for Veterans and First Responders—to our networking meetups, we create spaces where our protectors can find camaraderie, relax, and realize they are part of a family that truly understands.

When we come together, we give our heroes the strength and courage to say, "It’s okay not to be okay."
