We’re excited to shine this week's Chamber Member Spotlight on Boone FLEX, a community recreation center that is bringing energy, connection, and activity back to the Boone community! 👏

Boone FLEX officially opened its doors on April 1, 2026, and recently celebrated its half-birthday! As new residents of Boone, owners Emilee and Evan Jorgensen saw an opportunity to bring back a beloved community resource and create the kind of place they would want for their own family.

Boone FLEX offers something for a wide range of ages and interests, including:
• Fitness equipment 🏋️‍♀️
• Group fitness classes 💪
• Indoor basketball, volleyball, and pickleball 🏀
• A play structure 🤾
• Community, social, and business spaces 💼
• Before & after-school programming 👩‍👦

For Emilee and Evan, one of the most rewarding parts of owning Boone FLEX is seeing the building full of life again—from people working out and basketballs bouncing in the gym to friends gathering for mahjong, families enjoying special events, and entrepreneurs growing their businesses.

“We enjoy taking on projects, solving complex problems, and finding ways to make a positive impact within our reach.”

We’re proud to have Boone FLEX as part of the Boone County Chamber and look forward to seeing all the ways this space continues to bring our community together! 🎉
