The purpose of the SMSA is to provide an opportunity for area youth to have fun playing soccer, developing their skills, and practicing sportsmanship.

SMSA is a soccer association located in South Central PA. We offer a recreational soccer program and Travel teams that participate in the Central Pennsylvania Youth Soccer League (CPYSL). Our Goal is to help develop self-confidence, sportsmanship, and teamwork in our local youth along with their physical growth by using the game of soccer.

Good morning, SMSA Families!

What an incredible start to our Fall 2026 season!

Over the past two weeks, our SMSA community has had so much to celebrate. We kicked things off with record-setting registration for SMSA Summer Camp, and the excitement continued Friday night as we came together to celebrate 25 years of SMSA!

Over the past year, SMSA has grown by 30%, and we are incredibly excited to see our soccer community continue to grow. But that growth wouldn’t be possible without YOU — our SMSA families.

Thank you for trusting SMSA to be part of your players’ soccer journey. Our goal goes far beyond what happens on the field. We want to help players develop their skills, build confidence, fall in love with the game, create lasting memories, and learn valuable life lessons through soccer.

We are grateful for the players, families, coaches, volunteers, and supporters who make SMSA such a special community.

Fall 2026 is officially underway, and we can’t wait to see what this season brings!

⚽💜 25 YEARS OF SMSA! 💜⚽

25 years… 25 YEARS of SMSA! Today, we celebrated an incredible milestone for the South Middleton Soccer Association, and what a celebration it was!

Past and present players, families, coaches, siblings, friends, and members of our community all came together to celebrate 25 years of soccer, memories, friendships, and community.

From the dunk tank and soccer darts to the Skills Shooting Challenge, there was something for everyone! Players even got the chance to dunk their coaches—which may have been one of the biggest highlights of the day! 😂💦⚽

📸 Strike a Pose helped friends and families capture some great memories together, while The Sugar Shack and CK Chicken kept everyone fed with some amazing food and desserts! 🍗🍦

What a PERFECT way to celebrate 25 years of SMSA!

And the best part? We’re not slowing down. We’re growing! 💜⚽ The turnout today showed just how strong this soccer community continues to be.

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who came out, supported the event, volunteered, participated, and helped make today so special.

🌎⚽ SMSA SUMMER CAMP — DAY 5 COMPLETE! ⚽🌎

And just like that… SMSA WORLD CUP Summer Camp 2026 is officially in the books! 🎉

Mother Nature tried to test us one more time, but she couldn’t keep us away! After a rough start, the sun came out, the weather turned beautiful, and we finished camp with an incredible day of soccer, competition, and fun. ☀️⚽

We kicked off the day with warm-up drills before getting down to business — the World Cup-style tournament! 🌎🏆

Our countries were divided into smaller teams and battled it out on the pitch. Every group crowned a winner, and we finished the day by recognizing our Campers of the Week — players who stood out not only for their soccer ability, but also for their effort, attitude, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm throughout the week. 👏

🏆 A HUGE THANK YOU TO OUR HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS & COACHES!

We are incredibly grateful to all of the high school players who volunteered their time throughout the week to help coach, encourage, and work with our younger players. Their leadership and willingness to give back to the next generation of SMSA players is exactly what our club is all about.

A special thank you to Coach Mike Bruce for dedicating his time and helping make this camp such a success!

As a way of recognizing that commitment, SMSA presented both the Boys and Girls High School Soccer Teams with a $2,000 donation each to support their programs. ⚽💜

We also want to give a huge shoutout to Coach & Player Development Coordinator Kris Hardy for putting together and leading an amazing week of camp. The planning, organization, energy, and passion that went into making this camp happen did not go unnoticed!

And finally, none of this would be possible without the incredible SMSA Board Members, volunteers, and sponsors who worked behind the scenes all week to keep everything moving. From setup and organization to helping our campers and coaches, your time and dedication made a huge difference.

We hope everyone had as much fun as we did. From the perfect weather to the World Cup theme, the competition, the friendships, and everything in between, it was an incredible week of soccer.

🌧️⚽ DAY 4 | SMSA World Cup Summer Camp ⚽🌧️

Mother Nature tried to throw us off our game today, but nothing was going to stop our campers! 💪

A huge rainstorm rolled through and may have shortened our day, but it certainly didn't dampen the energy or excitement. From the moment we hit the pitch, our campers gave it everything they had, bringing incredible effort, smiles, and team spirit despite the weather.

That's what soccer is all about—adapting, persevering, and making the most of every opportunity. We're so proud of every player who showed up ready to compete and have fun!

🌍⚽ One more day remains in our World Cup Summer Camp, and we can't wait to finish the week strong. Let's make tomorrow the best day yet!

🌍⚽ Day 3 of SMSA World Cup Summer Camp is in the books! ☀️🔥

What a scorcher it turned out to be, but our campers didn't let the heat slow them down! From our youngest future stars to our oldest competitors, every player stepped onto the pitch ready to work hard, compete, and have fun.

Despite the high temperatures, these kids gave it everything they had—showing determination, sportsmanship, teamwork, and a true love for the game. It's been incredible watching each "World Cup nation" grow together throughout the week while creating memories that will last long after camp ends.

A huge thank you to all of our coaches and volunteers who kept the energy high and made sure everyone stayed safe, hydrated, and having fun throughout the day. We couldn't do this without your dedication!

We also want to extend a special thank you to our amazing sponsors for helping make this camp possible. Your generosity and support allow us to provide an incredible experience for our players, and we truly appreciate your commitment to youth soccer and our community. 💜⚽

Only 2 more days of camp remain! We can't wait to see everyone back as we continue our World Cup journey and build toward an exciting finish to an unforgettable week!
