Bluffton Free Street Fair Association, Inc. The present Street Fair organization is a non-profit corporation managed by an 18 member board of directors of Wells County citizens.

The Fair begins on the Third full week of September. Beginning Tuesday approximately midday through Saturday night. The Bluffton Free Street Fair is known as the oldest and largest street fair in the State of Indiana. Our fair dates back to 1898 and was originally organized as the Bluffton Street Fair and Wells County Agricultural Exposition. Due to the Depression and wars there were 11 years that

a fair was not held. The fall fair is always held Tuesday through Saturday of the 3rd full week of September (or 15 days after Labor Day).
