This week is OCD Awareness Week. OCD is a debilitating mental disorder that affects 1 in 40 adults in their lifetime and 1 in 100 children but is often overlooked and belittled as a personality quirk or choice.

In reality, OCD is a very real disorder that affects people of all ages and walks of life. If you or someone you know are struggling with OCD, know that you’re not alone and there’s resources to help manage symptoms.

Today is Depression Screening Day.

Checking in on your mental health is just as important as caring for your physical health. A mental health screening can help you better understand what you're experiencing and identify resources and support.

Taking that first step can feel difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’ve been thinking about checking in with yourself or seeking support, today is a great day to start.

Help, support, and resources are always within reach.
