Falon will be working directly with our members to help identify their needs, connect them to resources, provide support, and make sure our families have someone helping them navigate the process.

As we continue to grow, we want to make sure our members aren't just given resources.........they have real support and real connections.

Grace will be helping us make sure our members feel welcomed, connected, informed, and engaged. She’ll be reaching out to welcome new members, checking in with families, sharing upcoming workshops, programs and events, and helping our members stay connected.
