The Bismarck Kiwanis Club was formed in 1923 in Bismarck, ND. We meet every Tuesday at noon at the Eagles Club located at 313 N. 26th Street in Bismarck. Our guest speaker on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, was Cecile Wehrman, author of the book, Call Me 'Jerry.' Cecile is an award-winning 40-year media veteran of radio, television, and newspapers who has edited Jerry’s home county newspaper, The Journal, Crosby, N.D., since 1999. She is currently employed as the executive director of the North Dakota Newspaper Association. This is her second published book. Our guest speaker on Tuesday, July 28, was Daniel Schwartz, founder of Boulevard Beautification, a nonprofit 503(c)(3) organization, managed through the Downtown Bismarck Community Foundation. Their goal is to enhance the boulevard spaces in Bismarck, starting at Custer Park and radiating out. Applicable city residents and property owners will receive each boulevard tree at 100% cost share by and between Boulevard Beautification and the Partners in Planting program. Daniel stated, "We envision a Bismarck where every boulevard is lined with trees, providing a shady respite from the sun and a beautiful setting for residents and visitors to enjoy while simultaneously enhancing the city's property tax base.

Our guest speaker on Tuesday, June 30, was Sargianna Wutzke, Executive Director and founder of Arts for All, a Bismarck nonprofit that provides free art classes to individuals who are low-income, at-risk, or have developmental disabilities . She concurrently serves as a Lead Operations Officer for Community Options and co-hosts the These Are Your Neighbors podcast.

She is a highly active advocate for underserved populations and inclusivity in the Bismarck area, heavily involved in community and civic organizations.
