Last week, students from Woodlawn High School and i3 Academy participating in our Youth Empowerment Series (Y.E.S.) took on new challenges for our Leadership Retreat at Butter and Egg Adventures!

From zip lines and climbing walls to team-building activities, students built confidence, strengthened leadership skills, and learned the value of teamwork, trust, and perseverance.

We’re proud of these young leaders for stepping outside their comfort zones and embracing opportunities for growth. 🌟

Every time we have the opportunity to share Woodlawn’s story, we’re reminded of just how much progress is taking place across our community. 💙

Since the start of the year, we’ve welcomed numerous organizations, partners, and leaders who have come to learn more about the revitalization and transformation happening throughout Woodlawn. From neighborhood development and economic growth to community engagement and opportunity creation, there is so much to celebrate.

To everyone who has taken the time to visit, listen, learn, and invest in the vision for our community—thank you. Your curiosity, support, and belief in what’s possible help amplify the progress being made and inspire an even brighter future for Woodlawn.

Together, we’re building a stronger community, one story at a time. ✨
