From literacy and reading programs to garden clubs and other enriching activities, there’s something for every interest this summer.

Last year’s One Kingston Juneteenth Celebration was an incredible day of community, culture, and fun—and we can’t wait to do it all again!

We’re just ONE WEEK away from this year’s celebration, and we would love to see you there. Join us on Friday, June 19, at Stockham Park beginning at 12 PM for an afternoon of entertainment, family-friendly activities, food, and fellowship as we celebrate Juneteenth together.

We are excited to announce our Move For Impact: Kingston-Woodlawn Wellness Day! Centered around our 5K Run/Walk, the event will also feature health screenings, nutrition education, wellness resources, and more for individuals and families of all ages.

Last week, students from Woodlawn High School and i3 Academy participating in our Youth Empowerment Series (Y.E.S.) took on new challenges for our Leadership Retreat at Butter and Egg Adventures!

From zip lines and climbing walls to team-building activities, students built confidence, strengthened leadership skills, and learned the value of teamwork, trust, and perseverance.

We’re proud of these young leaders for stepping outside their comfort zones and embracing opportunities for growth. 🌟

We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Martin A. Nalls on his retirement as the founding Head of Schools at i3 Academy! His leadership has helped lay a strong foundation for the school’s growth and success! 🎉

We are also pleased to congratulate and welcome Dr. Tamala Maddox, current principal of i3 Academy High School, as she steps into the role of Head of Schools. We look forward to her continued leadership in this new chapter! 🧡
