Brandon enjoys the work he does, especially since no two days are ever the same. He collaborates with an incredible team and a wide range of organizations to help move the Magic City forward.

Since July 2024, Five Points South has been part of the Downtown Birmingham Business Improvement District (BID). Through the BID, CAP Ambassadors have expanded their presence in the district - helping keep the area clean by picking up trash and removing graffiti, connecting unhoused neighbors with helpful resources, and serving as friendly, welcoming faces throughout the neighborhood.

The impact is already being felt. In a recent article from Comeback Town, Five Points resident and Five Points Alliance president Steve Alexander shared his perspective on the district’s continued momentum and the energy building around one of Birmingham’s most iconic neighborhoods.
