Behind every job offer are four weeks of showing up.

Just last month, we completed Cohort Two of ELI Thrive's Work Readiness Training, with 18 participants registered and 11 participants who completed the program. To date, three Cohort Two participants have already secured employment.

Four weeks. Resumes. Interview prep. Confidence building. Real talk about workplace expectations. And a community cheering them on the whole way.

This is workforce development that actually works — and it's growing.

Want to be part of it? We are always looking for guest speakers, corporate partners, and volunteers who want to invest in Birmingham's workforce in a meaningful way.
