Cancer can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face it alone.

Whether it's family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, a support group or your care team, having people by your side can make even the hardest days feel a little less heavy. Building that network doesn't mean finding all the answers; it's about knowing who you can turn to for encouragement, understanding and help along the way.

Lean on your people. They're there for a reason.

Meet SOPF Junior Board member Cameron! 🩷

Cameron recently graduated from Wayne State University Law School and will begin his legal career as a commercial litigation attorney at Foley & Lardner LLP.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball, following Detroit sports, hiking, spending time outdoors and being with family & friends.

Cameron joined SOPF because our mission is deeply personal to him, as his mother is a breast cancer survivor, and his aunt passed away after a courageous 23-year battle with cancer. He is passionate about service and giving back to the Metro Detroit area where he was raised in a close-knit immigrant community and alongside his twin brother with autism.
