Monetary donations made to BTCFB by November 30th are matched by the Town Pump Foundation. Mail checks to BTCFB, PO Box 340, Big Timber, MT 59011 or drop off at 10 Bridge Street.

The ONLY requirement for receiving assistance from BTCFB is residency in Sweet Grass County. If you have had a tough month, or need help every month, we are here to help our neighbors. (Proof of residency is requested and can be a lease agreement, utility bill, fishing license etc.). The Food Bank is open Mondays and Fridays noon to 4.

Wonder how BTCFB uses your donations? We have expenses for rent, utilities, insurance, supplies but the majority of monthly expenditures go directly to our clients. Here is a repeat post from last May...

BTCFB is run 100% by VOLUNTEERS.
Did you know BTCFB has a person in charge of inventory? Our Purchasing Agent keeps a close eye on what is on our shelves. Using funds received from our donors, she shops locally for items that are not acquired through donations. She places orders from the Montana Food Bank Network. Those are delivered from Missoula every 6 weeks. She shops weekly for nutritious perishables to offer our clients, such as produce and dairy.

Big Timber gardeners, how does your garden grow? If your garden provides more than you can use please consider a donation to the food bank. We LOVE getting fresh local produce! The food bank is located at 10 Bridge Street and is open Mondays and Fridays noon to 4.
