The core value of Bethlehem Community Dinner is to unite people over eating a meal. If you've ever been to one of our dinners, that's exactly what you'll see. People from all walks of life, many from Bethlehem but not all, small children to senior citizens, people with different beliefs, different backgrounds, different experiences, and what do we share? It's pretty simple. A good meal, some fun, smiling faces, support for those who need it, and a commitment to making our community a positive place to both live in or visit. Having said all that, we hope to see you tomorrow for dinner on Take-A-Break Thursday!

We serve from 5pm to 6pm and play Trivia at 4:45pm for the Smartest Table Award (and chance to be first in line). Find us at the back door of Durrell Methodist Church, who we thank every week for the use of their kitchen and fellowship hall. You can dine in or get meals to-go (bring containers for those from home if you have them, please). For take out meals, we recommend you arrive at 5:15pm or later as the line will have gone down by then.

This week we are having Baked Caesar Chicken Tenders (GF option available), Basmati Rice, Buttery Peas, Carrot Raisin Pineapple Salad, and Zucchini Chocolate Cake from scratch (GF option) for dessert.

We look forward to seeing you. ALL are welcome and we promise to greet you with a smile!

Thank you 🙏

Friends! It’s gonna be one of those late summer days to remember 🌞 & we’re brewing up something really special to make it even better! STRAWBERRY PISTACHIO LATTE - strawberry & pistachio simple syrup are a delicious combo, with espresso, your choice of milk & fluffy strawberry cold foam. It’s an amazing day to grab a friend, a latte, a snack & relax on the patio or reward yourself after a little white mountain adventure! - also be amazed at how I balanced this cup 😬

We regret that too many of our fantastic BCD volunteers are not available this week, but we will see you next week!

If you are a calendar scheduling person, you also might want to note another closed week coming up in September - on September 10th.

At this time, no other closures have been planned for September and October.

We look forward to seeing you next on August 27th!

This week is flying by and tomorrow is already Take-A-Break Thursday, so plan on visiting us at the Bethlehem Community Dinner, where we plan, shop, prep, serve and clean up after your dinner for you!

We serve from 5pm to 6pm, offer dine-in or take-out meal(s), play Trivia at 4:45pm for the Smartest Table Award, and welcome ALL! This week we thank Unbroken Souls for some food donations that helped to determine our menu! We're having cheesy ham or turkey sliders (GF option available), pineapple cole slaw, potato salad, and brownies for dessert (GF option available). Assuming the rain should be over by dinner time, outside seating will be available. For those getting meal(s) to go, bring your own containers if you have them and to avoid a longer line, you should plan on arriving after 5:15pm.

SPECIAL NOTE: BCD WILL NOT BE OPEN NEXT WEEK, AUGUST 20TH! Even with the fantastic volunteer crew that we have, sometimes too many are out of town on the same week and that's what happened for next week.

Thanks, as always, to Durrell Methodist Church for the use of their kitchen and meeting hall.

We look forward to seeing you tomorrow and promise to greet you with a smile!

Tomorrow come have dinner with us for Take-A-Break Thursday! Last week we served over 120 meals (many take-out) and everyone enjoyed a great dinner. The BCD Crew of volunteers continues to grow and clean-up has never been more efficient!

This week we're having baked honey mustard chicken, pickle pasta salad (pickles are thanks to the Charland's donation), crusty bread, roasted carrots, green salad (that includes local garden donations from the Knowles) and a made-from-scratch pear cake for dessert.

Along with our Crew, we also thank Durrell Methodist Church for the use of their kitchen and fellowship hall. We serve from 5pm to 6pm and Trivia is played at 4:45pm for the Smartest Table Award and the chance to be first in line. Find us at the back door of the church. If you want to take your meal(s) to-go, bring containers if you have them. We also recommend to-go pickups wait until 5:15 or so when many of the dining-in guests have gotten their dinners and the line isn't as long!

We welcome ALL! No matter when you arrive, we promise to greet you with a smile.

Hello Bethlehem! Usually by Monday evenings, we have created our menu for this week's dinner - always utilizing what we have in stock and what's on sale. It's going to be a great meal, which we'll post about on Wednesday. One of the side dishes we're planning is marinated tomatoes (see pic) and because of the number of meals we serve, we're going to need a LOT of tomatoes. We'll get what we need, of course, but are wondering if anyone's garden is overflowing with tomatoes who'd like to donate any to BCD. We'd prefer full tomatoes, not cherry ones. Please PM here if you want to drop some by so we have an idea of how many we need to purchase!

Thanks, and we look forward to seeing you on Thursday for dinner!
