Paradise Found 5K Trail Run is right around the corner at Coler Mountain Bike Preserve on July 11, 2026, presented by PepsiCo and Monster Energy Ultra.

Run the 5K, bring the kids for the Kids Fun Run, and celebrate summer, freedom, and 250 years of the American story on the trails at Coler.

Last week, we welcomed hundreds of students from local schools to Coler MTB Preserve for our annual Woodland Expeditions field trip! We appreciate everyone’s patience with parking lot closures as students spent the day exploring, learning, and getting hands-on with nature.

Throughout the day, students learned about trail building, searched for macroinvertebrates, explored composting, practiced yoga, discovered how we clean our water, and so much more!

A big thank you to our staff, volunteers, community partners, and everyone who helped create such a memorable day of outdoor education for local students! 💚

Did you spend summer evenings chasing fireflies as a kid? 🐞✨

Registration is now open for our FREE Firefly Walks at Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, led by the Northwest Arkansas Master Naturalists.

Part of Coler has been designated as a Firefly Sanctuary, making it a special place to experience these glowing insects after dark. Join us for an evening walk to learn more about fireflies, their role in the ecosystem, and why protecting habitats like Coler matters.

The walk follows ADA-accessible paved pathways, red lights will be provided, and volunteers will help guide guests throughout the evening.
