The Ozark Foundation is growing and seeking passionate, mission-driven leaders to join our team and help advance our mission of positioning Northwest Arkansas and the state as a premier outdoor recreation destination.

As the Foundation continues to expand its events, programs, and community impact, we are excited to announce two new leadership opportunities:

Director of Marketing & Community Engagement -
The Director of Marketing & Community Engagement will lead the development and ex*****on of marketing strategies that elevate the Ozark Foundation brand, grow awareness and participation, and strengthen engagement with our community, participants, sponsors, and partners.

Director of Community & Youth Programming -
The Director of Community & Youth Programming will lead the growth and ex*****on of the Foundation’s youth event portfolio, currently offered under the OZ Kids™ brand.

OZ Kids™ Crit At Pea Ridge is a production of Ozark Foundation. On May 9th, racers ages 2-10 will have the chance to test their skills on a unique multi-surface course in the Pea Ridge City Park. These rad racers have legit timing chips, race bibs, and even a medal! Riders also have the chance to join on the podium.

OZ Stage Race Presented By Ozarks Coca-Cola is a production of Ozark Foundation. May 21-24, participants can look forward to racing and the multi-day OZ Trails experience.

The prologue, start of stage 2, and opening social are hosted at the all-new world-class bike park, OZ Trails Bike Park. This world-class bike park features 20 miles of trails, innovative design, and a high-speed lift service.
