We had a fantastic afternoon at Mira Vista Country Club filled with networking, community updates, new member introductions, and valuable insights from our guest speaker, Rodney J. Morris

Rodney’s presentation, “Hire Slow, Lose Fast,” challenged us to take a closer look at the hiring process and shared practical strategies for building stronger teams, asking better interview questions, and finding the right fit for long-term success.

We also had the opportunity to welcome new members, celebrate Chamber businesses, share upcoming events, and connect with fellow professionals from across our community.

A big thank you to Rodney Morris for sharing his expertise, our sponsors and door prize donors for their generosity, and everyone who joined us today.

Yesterday, several of our Lemonade Day participants had the incredible opportunity to be recognized by Tarrant County Judge Tim O’Hare for their hard work, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit.

These young business owners didn’t just sell lemonade—they created business plans, set goals, managed expenses, served customers, and learned valuable lessons about leadership and responsibility along the way.

Seeing them recognized for their accomplishments is exactly what Lemonade Day is all about. 💛

We are so proud of each student who stepped out of their comfort zone, took a chance on their ideas, and worked hard to make their stand a success.

A special thank you to Judge Tim O’Hare for taking the time to celebrate these future business leaders and encourage the next generation of entrepreneurs.

The future of Benbrook is bright—and it’s already filled with some pretty impressive business owners. 🍋✨

✨ Yesterday we hosted our Quarterly Membership Orientation and had a great time connecting with both new and existing members!

We spent the afternoon discussing how to get the most out of Chamber membership—from networking opportunities and ribbon cuttings to marketing benefits, events, referrals, and community involvement.

One of the biggest takeaways? Chamber membership isn’t just something you join—it’s something you use. The more you participate, the more value you’ll gain through connections, visibility, and opportunities to grow your business.

We'll be collecting:
