Post 297 will be serving fish dinner tomorrow, Good Friday, from 6-8pm. Join us as we begin Easter weekend and celebrate the Season.

Sons of the American Legion Squadron 297 will attempt another membership meeting Thursday, March 19th at 7:00 p.m. We realize these days are so busy for everyone and even though we have a small group there is so much we can accomplish in our community. Perhaps discuss consideration of quarterly meeting instead of monthly? Hope to see you there

As many of you know, the Sons of the American Legion at Post 297 have been in a revitalization mode due to lack of participation, etc. We are grateful to all who indicated in a recent mail out that they would like to continue their membership and work for the preservation of our squadron. Memberships for those who have renewed for 2026 are being processed now and we appreciate your patience. We have a number of new members as well and will introduce you to them very soon. Thank you for your commitment to the mission of the American Legion family
