Today, Benbrook Pyramid PTA leaders came together to advocate for our students, schools, and community. We were grateful for the opportunity to meet with State Representative John McQueeney and Mayor Jason Ward to share what makes the Benbrook Pyramid so special and have meaningful conversations about the importance of strong schools and strong school-community partnerships.

Advocacy is at the heart of PTA, and we’re proud to come together as one voice for every student and school in Benbrook! 💙🐾

Having community organizations that believe in our schools and continue to show up for our students, teachers, and families means so much. It’s one of the many things that makes Benbrook such a special community.

We’re excited to celebrate a $1,700 donation to our Benbrook Pyramid PTAs, presented by Jason Ward with Southern Painting Fort Worth, Donnie Russell with Pocket Electric and Construction, LLC, and Cooper Stockton with BYBSA.

The donations were distributed to:
❤️Westpark Wildcats PTA: $500
💚Rolling Hills Elem. PTA: $400
💙 Benbrook Bulldogs PTA: $300
💛Benbrook Middle-High School PTA: $500, generously donated by Pocket Electric and Construction.

A HUGE thank-you to Southern Painting and Pocket Electric and Construction for helping invest in our schools, and to everyone at BYBSA who continues to believe in the power of supporting our entire community — both on and off the field! ⚾🥎

Families, educators, and community members are invited to join FWISD Board President Pete Geren and FWISD School Board members for a Community Listening Session focused on hearing directly from our community and gathering input to help shape the district’s goals and priorities.
