Lions Clubs – Where There's A Need There's A Lion

Whenever a Lions club gets together, problems get smaller. And communities get better. That's because we help where help is needed – in our own communities and around the world – with unmatched integrity and energy. The World's Largest Service Club Organization

Our 46,000 clubs and 1.4+ million members make us the world's largest service club organization. We're also one of the most effective. Our members do whatever is needed to help their local communities. Everywhere we work, we make friends. With children who need eyeglasses, with seniors who don’t have enough to eat and with people we may never meet.

🎡🚨 ATTENTION, FAIR-GOERS! 🚨🎡

The Belvidere Lions Club is officially declaring FAIR WEEK FOOD EMERGENCY! 🦁🍴

Why spend $14 on something served on a stick when you can come see us and get:

🥩 PORK CHOP SANDWICHES — Big enough to make your cardiologist nervous! 😂
🌭 HOTDOGS — Because nobody has ever said, “I regret eating a hotdog at the fair.”
🌭 BRATS — The sausage that makes you forget you were supposed to eat healthy this week!
🥤 SODAS — Liquid vegetables… right? 🤔😂
🍋 SUN TEA — Because apparently sunshine counts as an ingredient!

💰 BEST DEAL AT THE FAIR! 💰

Skip the overpriced mystery food, follow your nose, and come support the Belvidere Lions Club! 🦁

We’ll provide the food.
You provide the appetite.
The fair provides the calories.
Everybody wins! 😂

🎪 STOP ON OUT AND GET YOUR LION'S SHARE! 🦁🍔

🚧 Craig Woosley Handicapped-Accessible Playground Update 🚧

The Belvidere Lions Club is excited to share an update on our accessible playground project along with the memorial bricks that were sold.

We're currently waiting on our 501(c)(3) paperwork from the State before moving forward with fundraising and the next phases of the project.

While the plans for our original location had to be discontinued, we're happy to report that we've identified a new site and are working closely with the county to make this dream a reality.

Thank you to everyone for your patience, encouragement, and continued support. We're looking forward to sharing more exciting updates as progress continues. Together, we're building a place where children of all abilities can play, laugh, and make lasting memories. 💙🛝🦁

🎟️ Tickets: 5 for $5
⏰ Ticket sales end at 6:30 PM
🎉 Drawing at 7:00 PM on Thursday July 30, 2026
